On 14 October, we welcomed Mr. Jean-Claude HOUSSOU, Minister of Energy to GDIZ. The Minister was able to see the progress of the construction of the electrical substations intended to supply the zone. At the heart of the discussions, the issue of the quality, quantity, and cost of energy within the GDIZ was addressed.
It was also an opportunity to discuss the zone’s energy supply policy: GDIZ ensures that energy is available to the zone’s industries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Minister also visited the GDIZ cashew production plant and its storage warehouse before ending his visit by exchanging with the trainees and trainers of the Garment Training Center (GTC) of the zone.
