Training Recap: Firefighting and emergency evacuation process
On 19th and 20th December 2024, Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone (GDIZ) employees participated in training on “firefighting and emergency evacuation process”, organised by HSE department.
This training took place in two stages:
- Theoretical phase in the classroom : to understand the principles of controlling fire outbreaks.
- Practical phase on-site : aimed at handling various types of fire extinguishers for a quick and efficient response in case of fire.
This initiative reflects GDIZ’s commitment to ensuring a safe and incident-free working environment.
Challenges successfully completed !
The Human Resources department of SIPI-BENIN S.A. successfully managed the draw for the winners of the challenges organised by the Arise Group:
- Health Month Challenge: a sports challenge aimed at promoting physical activity and well-being within the organisation.
- No Sweet November Challenge: a challenge to refrain from consuming sweets throughout the month of November.

Celebrating SIPI-BENIN S.A.’s Top Employees
On Friday, 20th December, employees of SIPI-BENIN S.A. were honoured for their outstanding performance at work. The top employees from each department received the “Going Extra Mile” and “Path on the Path” certificates in recognition of their commitment and dedication.
These certificates were presented by Mr. Létondji Beheton, CEO of SIPI-BENIN S.A., in appreciation of their contributions to the success of the company.
