A new delegation from the African Development Bank (AfDB) led by Mr. Joseph Ribeiro, AfDB Deputy Managing Director for West Africa, visited the GDIZ on November 14, 2023. The purpose of the visit was to discover GDIZ and the progress of construction work on the Zone.
Following the visit, Mr. Joseph Ribeiro said: “It was an honour to visit the facilities of Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone (GDIZ). Benin, with its innovative initiatives in the field of industrialisation, emerges as a role model for countries of the sub-region”.
