Benin Nigeria Business Forum 2026 : GDIZ, co-organiser of the event

Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone (GDIZ) is co-organising the Benin-Nigeria Business Forum (BNBF) 2026, a strategic platform for dialogue, engagement and business opportunities between Benin and Nigeria.

The Benin-Nigeria Business Forum primarily targets :

  • Beninese entrepreneurs living in Nigeria, with the aim of showcasing investment opportunities in Benin, particularly those offered by GDIZ.
  • Nigerian investors interested in the Beninese market, supporting them in identifying business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and gaining a deeper understanding of Benin’s economic and industrial ecosystem.

BNBF 2026 is co-organised by GDIZ, APIEx Benin, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC Bénin), and Afreximbank.

Through its participation, GDIZ reaffirms its role as a strategic industrial hub, a driving force behind Benin’s industrialisation, and a catalyst for mutually beneficial partnerships with economic stakeholders.

“Made in Benin” garments were recently featured on TF1’s 8 p.m. news bulletin, highlighting Benin’s industrial capacity to millions of viewers across Europe and around the world.

The report showcased the transformation of Beninese cotton into high-quality garments, confirming Benin’s emergence, Africa’s leading cotton producer; as a credible player in the global textile industry.

“Made in Benin” is no longer an ambition; it is now a reality recognised internationally.
