On 8 June, we welcomed Mr Maxime HOLDER, CEO of the Paul group, a specialist in premium bakery products.
After a general presentation of GDIZ, then its model, the visit ended with a tour of the Zone.
During this meeting, key points were discussed:
- The training of Paul bakers and pastry chefs in Benin, in close collaboration with the Government
- The installation of a production hub to supply shops in the sub-region
- The installation of a first boutique in the city centre, then throughout the country
- The installation of a production unit within GDIZ to serve all the Paul boutiques in the sub-region
