Review of Road Safety and Health Week at GDIZ
SAFER unit, a safety and health partner serving industries within GDIZ, organised the Road Safety and Health Week across the Zone from 8 to 12 December 2025. This initiative aimed to strengthen prevention measures, protection and the overall well-being of all GDIZ employees.
The official launch took place on Monday, December 8. In partnership with the National Road Safety Centre (CNSR), several road safety awareness sessions were conducted in various factories across the Zone. In addition, awareness-raising and screening sessions for HIV, hepatitis B and tuberculosis were organised and made accessible to all employees.
Through this initiative, GDIZ reaffirms its strong commitment to the safety, health and well-being of all its staff.
GDIZ Cohesion Tournament: highlights from the first matchday
GDIZ officially launched its Cohesion Tournament, a unifying sports initiative designed to strengthen bonds among employees and promote team spirit across the Zone.
The first matchday was marked by competitive yet friendly fixtures, played in a convivial and fair-play atmosphere, with the presence and support of numerous GDIZ employees.

All Zone employees are warmly invited to come and support their teams during the second elimination round, scheduled for Friday 19 December 2025 from 2:00 p.m.
The tournament will continue with the grand final on Friday 26 December 2025.
