Vodun Days 2025: A tribute to Beninese culture
GDIZ was honoured to participate in Vodun Days 2025, an event celebrating the richness of Benin’s heritage and craftsmanship.
Over three days, our stand welcomed thousands of visitors eager to discover products that embody the expertise and transformative potential of our nation:
- T-shirts, towels, and bed sheets
- Cashew kernels
- Soybean meal and oil
This event also provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the prospects offered by GDIZ to support Benin’s industrial development. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited our stand and shared these moments of interaction and pride with us. Vodun Days 2025 was more than just a cultural event – it was a testament to the promising future of ‘Made in Benin’.
Participants of Repat Africa Tour discover GDIZ
On Tuesday, 7th January 2025, Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone (GDIZ) had the honour of welcoming participants of Repat Africa Tour, an immersive journey organised by Repat Africa, an organisation dedicated to promoting investments and migration to Africa.
Repat Africa Tour brought together members of the African diaspora from diverse professional backgrounds, including technology, agro-industry, and healthcare.
This visit to GDIZ provided the participants with an opportunity to explore the Zone’s state-of-the-art infrastructure and discover the opportunities it offers to support investment projects by the African diaspora.
Through this initiative, GDIZ reaffirms its commitment to being a key driver of industrialisation and investment attraction in Benin.
