GDIZ, A model of Sustainable Industrialisation
On Monday, August 18, 2025, Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone (GDIZ) hosted the official presentation of the 2024 Sustainability Report of ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (ARISE IIP), prepared in line with the international standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
Mr. Dave DETCHENOU, ESG Manager of SIPI-BENIN S.A., presented the report, sharing ARISE IIP’s vision for sustainability and highlighting the concrete initiatives implemented within GDIZ.
The presentation of this report reflects a commitment to transparency and accountability, enabling ARISE IIP to engage with all stakeholders of GDIZ (employees, investors, service providers, and more) by sharing its achievements, impacts, and ambitions for sustainable development.
This initiative demonstrates ARISE IIP’s strong commitment to promoting sustainable, inclusive and environmentally responsible industrialisation.
